Problem with IP

Everytime i log in i have the same IP
and I am not the only one
I think my ISP gives the same IP to some users.
So I was wondering if there is a way to change my IP.

Log into what...? Why do you care what IP you use...?

That is completely normal for lots of situations. I use Road Chicken, and
my Ip stays the same all the time, but the chicken people can change it if
they like. If you change it you won't be getting on the net.

That's normal. With DHCP, the client normally asks to renew the
IPA before its lease has expired, so getting the same IPA is
very likely.
