Problem with internet links from HTML mail (plus a question about application blocking)

I have a problem in that if I simply click links within emails in OutlookXP
they open in an existing/open Internet Explorer window. Most of the time
this is fine. If I want it to open in a new window shift click works fine in
text emails but some HTML emails don't open the link but rather bring up a
save dialogue. It isn't all HTML emails though which is a bit strange, and
doesn't seem predictable. Any ideas how to get Shift/Click to correctly open
a new window would be appreciated.

Also I am getting the "A program is trying to access email addresses you
have stored in Outlook" warning every time I use Copernic's "Summarizer"
application within Oultook. I understand why it is doing it but is there
anyway to get Outlook to trust individual applications on a permanent basis?

Cheers

Hi!

Regarding the second question. It is possible with our freeware addin
Advanced Security for Outlook:

http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/security/

Thanks. I'll give it a go.

The first problem is solved too. Turns out Outlook had lost the application
for displaying links from shift/click ???

Strange but pointing at Internet Explorer solved the issue.

Thanks the addin works great. I note it is in beta and will only work to
November. Is it likely to remain a free addin or is there a way to register
with the website to be notified when it will be available in finished form?

Cheers

Thanks - done it ;-)

Seems to be something odd with the subscription web page. I have tried 3
times to subscribe - either nothing seems to happen or I get an error screen
saying 'server not available' ???

Can you check my subscription was registered (under the name Carol Haynes)

Cheers
