problem with IE7

a client of the company i work for has been trying to access websites
via IE7 but keeps getting this error


Access Denied (policy_denied)

Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.




For assistance, contact your network support team



but whenever she tries to access websites using firefox it works....

any idea oh how to fix this?

It's possible the IE Zone Security settings have been changed. I'd
try resetting each Zone's security level to Default. Also try to access
the sites with the "IE, no Add-ons" to see if it's any 3rd-Party content
that is responsible for the blockage.
