problem with IDE or ... !!!

I am not able to see Environment.SpecialFolder enum in IDE. I restarted IDE
many times and seems like I did not install one of the GAs. Is that the case
or something else I am missing?
 
Never mind, new install of VS.2003 changed settings to default and advance
properties got hidden.
