Problem with HTML ActiveX Help

When I click on Help in any program that uses HTML ActiveX
Help I get the following error message: "You need a newwer
version of HHCTRL.OCX to be able to read this file."

How do I get and install the newer version of HHCTRL.OCX
on Windows 2000 Pro?

You can use Microsoft Critical Update 811630 to do this. I'd also
recommend that you run MJ's Help Diagnostics to ensure that all the
HTML Help runtime components are properly installed and registered.
