Problem with help and support...:)

hi...
windows xp pro
problem:

Can't open help and support in start menu.
When i click on start then on help and support icon..it doesn't open
the page...

Try installing a new user account,open xp in new,click on help/support,
if all works ok,then old account is corrupted.Help/Support is one of the
first
services to get effected...

Start with DLL registration. Proceed to next method if one fails to resolve
the problem.

Type in Start, Run dialog:

helpctr -regserver
regsvr32 itss
regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 jscript
