Problem with Hard Drive

I am running an Asus p4pDeluxe with WIn XP Pro.wuth a P4 2.4 gb 8oo mhz bus

I have two ATA Had Drives installed. The Primary one is a Western Digital
160 GB. The operating system is only recognizing 120 GB. How do I make the
otgher 40 GB avaiklable?
 
You need to install SP1, then use a third party program such
as Partition Magic 8 to extend the partition.
