Problem with graphic in message signature

When I created a signature I copied and pasted a graphic into the signature
and it displays as I want to see it. But, when I create a new message and
the signature is automatically appended, the signature instead shows the
placeholder for the graphic instead of the graphic.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

have you tried to send an email to yourself with the signature and what do
you get ?

I just tested this and see that the message I receive has blank space where
the graphic should be. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
