problem with getting e-mail results from form

There were posts about this on October 28. Hrishi's
response to the original post- that the Frontpage
extensions needed to be configured and his reference to
the two MS Knowledge Base articles solved half of the
problem. The other half was this: You have to set the
same format for the email as the html page to which the
results are also written. FP allows you to set them
differently, but you shouldn't do it.
 
So what is you question or problem?
