Problem with folder

When I start up my computer, I am getting the system32
folder come up, why is that happening and how can i stop
it.

Tam,
Try start/run msconfig
click selective startup button then startup tab
look in list for item /L:ENG
uncheck it
click apply and OK
restart your computer and problem should be fixed
