Hi everybody

I'm having a problem with microsoft outlook. I have an exchange server
and all users have an exchange mail account. When a user logs in the
computer, everything's ok, but the problem is that when he opens
microsoft outlook and tries to connect to exchange server, the system
doesn't recognize his password. He has to write the password again so
he can connect. Is there any way that microsoft exchange recognize the
users login password?

Best Regards

What versions of Outlook and Exchange? Does the Exchange mailbox reference
the user's NT account? In the properties of Outlook, is it resolving the
mailbox name and Exchange server?

computers are running outlogok 2003 and exchange version is 2003. it
used to work ok but since friday it's been asking for password
everytime I change it. how can I check the mailbox references?

Is this happening to you alone or others as well? If you log onto another PC
does this happen? What I'm trying to determine is if it's your profile with
the issue or happening everywhere. Have you tried recreating your profile on
the PC? Has the PC been restarted lately? Are you using a PST? Is there
anything in the event viewer?
