Problem with downloading mail

Hello!

All of a sudden, my emails won't download to my inbox. If I try to open one
of my emails, I get the error message -- "The file ****/Microsoft Outlook.pst
could not be accessed. Data error (cyclic redundancy check)." Also, the
folders are constantly synchronizing.

Help!

Have you tried running ScanDisk on your hard drive and/or ScanPST.EXE on
your PST file to see if either/both are damaged?
