problem with downloading a message

I am having difficulty with an incoming message down loaing. It basically
repeats the previous ones that were down loading the same day then get to
the at one particualt message and then it times out...I keep pressing wait
giving it another 60 seconds but nothing....I have tried power down
everything and it has no effect.

Go to the web interface of your mail provider, log in with your mail account
credentials.
Either move or delete the offending message.
