Problem with deleting a user account

I have 3 user accounts, say A, B and C, all with administrator's
privileges. I used A to delete B, and when Windows restarted, all the
settings of A had disappeared (I was even offered a tour of XP!). I used
system restore to bring it back. BUT, I still need to delete the other
accounts.

what can I do?

Hi there Daniel,

That's a new one! Have you tried setting the other accounts to a user level
first, rebooting the PC and then deleting them?

Under my account it says: Debuggers users, administrators

Other accounts have: Administrators, users
