Problem with default e-mail address not on reply mail

When forward or reply to mail, secondary e-mail address is entered in from
address. When I send new mail, my default e-mail address is entered in from
address space. How do I fix so will use default for both situations?

On replies and forwards, Windows Mail uses the email address
associated with the account that originally downloaded that message.

Make sure both of your accounts have the same email address when
you go to Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties.
