Problem with COM Addin in German OS and German Office.

Hi All,

I have a question. I have installed my shared COM Add-
in for Excel in German OS and German Office. But office
is not able to recognise my addin. in the registry the
loadbehavior is changing to 2. my suspation is my addin
looks for 11.0.0.0 PIAs in the system but German Office
has 7.0.33.0 version of PIAs, is this the couse to not
recognise my addin in German office or german office
version has only 7.0.33.0 PIAs.

the same scenario is reapeating in Japanese machine also.

please help me on this

There are some big issues with controlling Excel from .Net in non-US
locations that I've been trying convince Microsoft of the importance
of. If you ask your question in the
microsoft.public.vsnet.vstools.office newsgroup, someone from MS should
be able to help.
