problem with c:\windows\prefect

A hidden map has accidently been moved to the map c:\Windows\Prefetch.
Now i can't acces the files within the map nor delete the map (which is a
bit of a problem since it takes up about 1/4 of my harddrive). I can't simply
change it to a non-hidden map either

Does anyone either know:
how i can move the map somewhere else and thereby salvage the files?
or at least delete the map and containing files?

seems like i wasn't the first one with this problem, found earier posts.
solved the problem by going into safe mode and changed the ownership of
prefetch
