Problem with Browser

I'm having a problem with my browser right now. I can't cut and paste a
..jpg image within a message for some reason. It just shows up as a little
red X in a box. I. Explorer

Try saving the image to a temp folder and then either insert the image or
copy and paste it into whatever you desire. Images within a massage or a
browser window may simply be linked from somewhere else, when that is the
case, when you attempt to copy and paste, you end up with the placeholder
and not the image.
