problem with broadband netwrok

hi.
i am from india and everytime i connect to web through my broadband
connection a pop up message in system tray sayas an ip address conflict with
another system and it shows with yellow triangle. i dont know wht it is all
about. when checked with help it says chek with service provider, but the
service provider says its a problem with windows. kindly help

Does your computer connect directly to the broadband modem, or do you have a
router between your computer and the modem? Do you have just 1 computer?

Let's look at "ipconfig /all" from your computers. Follow instructions in my
