problem with blog template

i accidently overwrote my blog template.
I don't know how to make a new one and i can't remove the timestamp of
when it published to google blogger any helpe will be appreicated
becuase i dont know how to fix it.

Assuming that it was a Microsoft template, you should be able to download a
new one from here:
