Problem with Appointments changed in iPhone

Okay, if I have an appointment in Outlook (whether I created it in iPhone or
Outlook) and change to the appointment date, the reminder still goes off at
the original date/time. For example, i created a calendar entry for 2/1/09
at 12 noon and saved it, synched my iphone, etc. Later (before 2/1/09) I
modified the calendar item to move it to 2/5/09 with the same reminder of 15
minutes beforehand. The reminder still goes off at 11:45 AM on 2/1/09 even
though if I hit "open" on the reminder and view the appointment, it displays
the date 2/5/09. This is Outlook 2003 (version 11.8217.2221, SP3) on Win XP
SP3 using iTunes 8.0.2.20. Thanks.

That's what I thought. There are issues with making changes on the iphone
and they don't sync correctly into outlook. Until either apple or Microsoft
fixes it, you'll need to either live with it or only make changes on
Outlook.

Thanks. Any idea if either Apple or Microsoft are aware of this issue?
Also, do you know if it happens with Outlook 2007 as well?
