Calander overlay sync iPhone hide multiple events.

This is a three part question:
1. The iPhone only syncs with a .pst file. Windows Live will only sync
with a hotmail type account.
Is there a way, when creating an appointment, with overlaying calendars, to
have that appointment drop/occur in both calendars?
2. If this is possible than is it possible to hide one of the identical
events in the overlay view?
3. Is it then possible to disable the reminders for the hidden event?

1. copy and paste
2. you could do it with custom views but there is no option to hide
identical appointments
3. you could set that appointment to not have a reminder

1. I want to do it automatically
2. there should be an option to hide
3.It is the same event but in 2 calanders so I would get two reminders for
the same event. If it is copied that is.

Outlook doesn't have a way to copy it automatically and it had no way to
identify appointments as identical - if you don't want to see it, don't show
the calendar in the overlay.

some of the tools here: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync-mail.asp may
sync the folders automatically.

Not exactly true. iTunes should sync an iPhone with Outlook's delivery
location. If that's a Hotmail data store, then iTunes should sync the iPhone
with it. ITunes does not access the PST directly.

Not without code or third-party tools.

Only the default calendar should trigger the reminder.

From any folder of mail, tasks, calendar or contacts in default or
non-default PST files and default mailboxes (with the correct settings for
search). Not from delegate mailboxes or public folders.
