appointment times sync different in Outlook than Iphone

When I enter appointments in my iphone and sync with outlook, the outlook
calendar reflects every appointment one hour later. Any help on how to fix
the problem?

First thing I'd do is check the time zone settings on the iPhone, Outlook &
the computer to make sure they match.
