Problem with add printer wondows 2000

hello to there i am having problems adding a printer to my
laptop it comes up with error out of resources. I have
followed all online tech support I can find on this
website to no avail PLEASE HELP!
 
Did you try and increase the virtual memory? I have o
idea what the support online would have told you.
 
Usually, there is a second part to the message that says that the Print
Spooler is not running.

Are you getting that? If so, open a Command Prompt and key

net start spooler

and press Enter. What happens then?

If not, please post the complete error message.
