Problem with ActiveX in IE

As I understand it, Microsoft has released a patch to avoid a patent
infringement that has created a problem for IE. When the mouse if placed
over a streaming Flash video, the tool tip for the mouse says "Click to
activate and use this control."

Text follows the video on our site, and the prompt is causing problems.
Is there a way around the problem from the site side? The problem is not
present in Firefox.

What are the newsgroups for IE 6?
