Problem with ActiveX Controls

I keep getting a popup that my ActiveX Controls need to
be configured to allow some pages to open. How can I
correct this?

I have changed permissions, even adding these pages to my
trusted sites list. I've lowered my Privacy setting all
the way down. I've had this problem since I installed a
new instance of Win XP Pro from a brand new disk and
updated to Service Pack 2.

I am having similar problems. Sights I have used before
are now giving me the same ActiveX message. I have tried
the same things to fix it, but nothing works. Also
having problems with some Microsoft programs and MSN.
Seems to be after installing WindowsXP service pack 1.
