Problem While Configuring Copyright Information?

Windows XP Media Player 10.
I am trying to play a home movie of a cousin's wedding. There is no
copyright at all, no protection whatsoever. I can play the VOB's just
fine on my Linux machine and with Nero on XP.
Something tells me there's a reformat in my near future.

You might want to post to the windows media player newsgroup.
