Can't play DVD

Hi,

My computer (AMD3000, XP home) can't play DVD.
Wen I put in a DVD and click play, I got the following error message:
"Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because a problem occurred with
digital copyright protection."
I have tried to play the DVD by media player and PowerDVD but still didn't
work.
I have installed some codec before like DivXPro51Bundle and Nimo50Build7.
Will this be the reason?

I appreciate if someone can give me some advices.

Cheers,
Jackie

ALL disks, or just one?
What disk, and from where was it obtained?

SP2 killed my DVD drive. It changed the drive letters of 2 drives and
screwed up my PC. Once I uninstalled SP2 I got the drive letters back, but
the drives are dead !
