Problem When Forwarding

I am trying to help a friend set up her email after she got a new broadband
service. She had Earthlink Dialup before (still does for now). I changed the
outgoing mail server to the new services SMTP server and she can Send mail
OK but it fails when she attempts to Forward mail. Is there some special
setting for that?

She uses Outlook 2003 on a WinXP system.

Was the message received on her old account? If so, its trying to use her
old account - what does the error message say? (If the dialog doesn't show
automatically - tools, send/receive - browse the menu for the show progress
dialog then look on the error tab)

You can also use View, From and change it to use her new email address.

follow your suggestions and report anything I find.
