problem when clicking the licks in my emails using outlook 2007

hi, i have been havng a problem recently and that problem occurs when i
click on a link in an email in outlook 2007 i get the following message:
"this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. please contact your system administrator." i should say that this
problem has been occuring on my home computer and it has been occuring as of
today. what can i do to rectify the problem? thanks dave
