Error Msg: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions.

Tonight I am getting a new error message when trying to click on licks in
emails that are in my inbox in Outlook 2007. The error message is "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator." Links in emails were working this
afternoon and I didn't make any changes to the computer. Does anyone know
how to fix this?
