problem watching tv episodes from nbc

Can view tv episodes from ABC, CBS, etc. However, when trying to view
episodes from NBC, the page doesn't load completely. The ad shows up across
the top; the lower left says Done with an yellow triangle sign with an
exclamation point. I have been successful using my wife's computer, so it's
something about my machine. What might be happening? How can I fix this?

are displayed using Flash. Make sure you have the latest version of Flash
installed:

If no joy, make sure you are not running any third-party software such as a
toolbar, pop-up blocker or "security" software that is blocking Flash.
