Problem w/ Updater

I have an internet connection but the update feature says
it con't connect to the internet. Is there a known
rememdy to this problem?

Open Internet Explorer, click File > Check File and ensure that Work Offline
is not checked.

Rich, Are you also using CounterSpy software from Sunbelt? If you are there
seems to be a conflict between them. When I had both on my machine I had the
same problem. I had to uninstall CounterSpy so MSAS could receive the
updates.
