problem w/ form results

I am creating a feedback form with simple fields such as name and e-mail
address. I was wondering how i go about having the submitted forms sent to a
certain e-mail account. When i go to form properties, that option to type in
an e-mail address is greyed out and i do not know why. I am pretty new to FP
so please keep answers simple, thanks for your time!

Did you start with the File | New | Page | Feedback form?

Did you insert a form first, then insert the fields?
