Problem Using Scrolling Mouse With Excel 2000 Code Window

While in the Visual Basic Code Window in Excel 2000, I find that I can not
use the vertical scroll wheel. The tilt wheel function works just fine.
Also, the vertical scroll wheel works in the properties and project windows.

While not a life or death issue, it has become extremely irritating having
to use the slide bar in very large code modules.

If you have any solutions to this problem, please advise.

The lack of support in the VBA editor for the wheel is a known issue. Google
for FreeWheel and you'll find a component that will make it work.

Thanks, all, for the help. It worked.

Oh, One other thing. Why does my screen saver and monitor shut down not
work with my microsoft wireless laser mouse 6000? Anyone?

I will post this elsewhere, but it is the 2nd time I have had to uninstall
this mouse for the same reason. I thought it was a problem with xp, but
nooooo. Back to the hunt for the truth.
