Problem to install kb840315 patch

I manually downloaded the following patch for Windows XP : KB840315
patch.

Each time I try to install it, I am noticed that my rights are not
sufficient enough to run it (i.e. "contact your admin"), but the thing
is that I am the only one logged on this computer and that I use the
admin account to work. How can it be?

I tried using the runas command, but result is still the same.

Maybe you can try downloading the file again? Or run windows update?

I found what was going wrong.

For safety reason, I didn't give admin backup and restore rights, now
that I fix this everything's working.
