Double Check Windows auto Update site info!

While reviewing the information contained in ths MS July
Security Bulletin Summary e-mail, I discovered that the
recently released batch of Windows critical/security
downloads via the Update site may have an error.

In the "Update site" listing (scan of my PC) for Critical
Updates, 2 of the listed updates appear to be pointing to
the same fix --even though the KB numbers are listed
differently. If you click on the 'read more' link both
the KB840315 and the KB839645 point to patch 04-023.
KB840315 indeed relates to 04-023 BUT,
KB839645 should reference 04-024 (per the e-mail &
based on a MS-KB search for 839645)

Not sure what the auto update would actually download; or
if the 'read more' link is the only error.

Anyone have any ideas? Perhaps best to wait for a few
days to see if MS corrects the pointer problems.

I have not noticed the read-more link issue, but the
updates being delivered are the correct updates.

I just check it again and the problem remains (on the Win
XP update site) --others have also noticed the problem
