problem surfing the web

Can anyone please help me
I got a aproblem with asscessing web site with IE , after a few mintues of surfing (esp when I get into some safe site), a window pop up and said something relate to ' LSA shell' and then another window pop up and ask me to save all the files and within one mintue the computer with restart automatically.
I just installed window xp and would wondering if anythings' wrong with my IE setting
