problem setting up XP Pro on second machine

I have an ibm laptop with a 2 XP Pro cpu license. I like to install XP Pro on
my PC however i don't have the media, as the ibm machine only has a recovery
cd. Any suggestions where i can acquire the install cd?

Look for an \i386 folder, this may contain the setup files.

However, I think the '2 CPU' may mean a dual-processor computer, not two
computers. The copy on the IBM is most likely an OEM copy which shouldn't be
used on other computers.
