problem sending mail in OE6

outlook express 6 The connection to the server has
failed. Protocol: SMTP, port 25, secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

I've been sending and recieving mail for over a year then
suddenly I can only recieve. When I send, I get this
message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And
yes, I've checked all my settings, nothigs been changed
in the last week.
