problem saving or burning with pictures stalling

When I save the movie to pc or burn to disc, movie stalls
on one picture but music keeps playing. Have all up
dates, system req. and even plus!dme. Help!

What kind of source files are you using and what one does it stop at? How
long is the timeline?

Source files are ones scanned in from my hp all in one,
which I have deleted. I thought this might be the
problem,so do in need to rescan them in? Also the time
line is about 38 minutes. It stops on different ones each
time I burn or save. Thanls for any help! rkburnie

No, I wouldn't suspect the source files.

38 minutes is a fairly long movie, and if it's filled with still pictures,
you might have enough of them to reach the 'complexity' limit of MM2.

Have you successfully saved a movie to your hard drive, or burned a disc?
If not, test it with a small movie - maybe one minute of the same files you
are using. Save to your hard drive in both WMV and DV-AVI formats to verify
that things are OK.
