Is my movie too long?

I have created a movie that contains over 250 photos. Everything went
fine...added transitions...added music files. Made it a wmv file. When I was
watching it on Windows Media Player, it stalled about halfway through. Music
kept playing, but it stalled on one slide or photo.

Is my file too big or what?

Most likely you used some source files that
are not fully compatible with Movie Maker.
