problem saving jpgs

Since I upgraded to XP SP2, I cannot save jpg files as
jpg. It defaults to naming the file 'untitled' in bmp
format. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi,

Click on Start and then go to Run and type cleanmgr.exe then hit ok.

The disk cleanup utility will startup. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files and then you'll be able to save in .jpg format
again.
