I wanted to know if this is happening to all the other users of windows
vista....

COM Surgate, and Rundle32 Windows host process always stop responding and
also windows explorer. Can anyone help me resolve this problem beside from
taking the route to fix the solution with the more information area in the
Problem Reports and Solutions main window....

When you click View Problem History in the Problem Reports and Solutions
Center control panel, what fault information does it show you? That's
probably a key data element here.

What's the specific data for your crashes according to that Problem Reports
and Solutions Center? What is it telling you to do, and why do you not like
that advice? =)
