Problem Renaming Computer

I have a Windows 2000 Pro workstation on a network served by a Windows 2000
Server. I kind of fumbled around trying to rename my workstation (I only
changed the name, not the domain). When I go to Control Panel-System and
look at the name, it displays correctly (GNFN06). However, now when I try to
logon to the net work I get the following error message:

The system cannot log you on to this domain because the system's computer
account in its primary domain is mission or the password on the account is
incorrect.

I tried deleting the computer name on the Win 2000 Server and recreating it.
I still get the error message. My workstation can access the network, but
just cannot log on to a network user account. How may I fix this? Thanks
for the help.

Have you tried logging in using local credentials and re-adding the machine
to the domain?
