can not log on local

I get the following when trying to logon to a Windows 2003 SBS server
from a Windows 2000 Professional workstation after creating the user
account. TRhe workstation was removed and then after a reboot I added
back to the domain. I also tried this when adding a new user without
a computer to add to the domain.

"The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively" error message when you log on to your Windows
2000-based computer"
Tried the suggestions in Article ID 826903, but this did not work.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Thanks

Have you remove the computer account from the AD? have you clean the old DNS record?

How do I go about this, I removed the computer from the computer
container but I put it back in again. Is there a doc that explains
this?

Thanks
