problem remote desktop

hello i m under novell and xp pro.
i m using remote desktop and it works well with a login called edpunit but
not with others.
Normaly all users in group administrators must have access to remote.
So when i try to connect with popo i have this error : "unexpected login
error status 1327"

Error 1327 is "account restriction", not sure from your posting where the
popup came from, can you be more specific.
