problem registering accounts on websites

Hi. We are having problems logging onto our account on a website in which we
have the account already established and the company can verify the account.
They can't figure out what else we can do to log in and access our account.
This has also occurred on earthlink.net, but they say that could be a
registry problem on their end. We have tried deleting cookies, temp files,
history, resetting defaults on internet settings, etc. Any help would
greatly be appreciated.
