Problem regarding WAP Push message

Interesting question, However to my knowledge no one here can answer it.

You may get more luck from a GSM forum.

I would suggest a few however they are not the most savoured websites on the planet. You better search for them yourself... Sorry!

That is of course if no one here can help ;)
