Problem receiving software from digital locker!

I was wondering if anyone had this problem, I have vista home premium and
decided to upgrade to ultimate using anytime upgrade. I purchased the
license now the problem I am having is I have no software to download, and
microsoft is having "technical difficulties sending me a confirmation link,
so I can download the software, it has been over a week now what should I do?
 
I've been having the same problem for the past week with the digital locker.

Emailing support for the Digital Locker has gone nowhere. The only reply
I've received is the stock answer "Make sure your email program is not
treating the emails received as "Junk Email"..."Look in your "Junk Email"
folder and see if it's there"..."Re-input the email address in your "Digital
Locker Profile" that you use to setup the locker"... blah blah blah

Whatever (!), no matter what is done or how it's done the Digital Locker is
NOT sending me email. So, no email = no software validation. no validation =
your stuff is sitting in limbo at Microsoft until SOMEONE decides it's
important enough to figure out what Microsoft's issue is with their Digital
Locker and FIX IT!

Until it's fixed I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from Microsoft's
Marketplace and sure wouldn't add anything to the locker... that's for sure.
